Santa Clause Charged with Indecent Assault of Elf

Santa Clause faces charges of indecent assault in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts following allegations that he groped the buttocks of an 18 year old female elf while the two were working at the Hanover Mall on November 23, 2013. Santa Clause impersonator Herbert Jones, denied groping the teen, claiming that her 18 year old butt accidentally brushed against his 62 year old hands. Jones was released on $1,000 bail, and either through perfect timing or the aid of a court clerk with a sense of humor, his next court appearance is slated for Christmas Eve.

Priest Charged with Sex Offenses on Penn State Scranton Campus May Have Defense

Police caught a Catholic priest engaging in a sexual act with a 15 year old boy on the Penn State Scranton campus in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, on September 19, 2013. Various sex offense charges have been filed against Rev. W. Jeffrey Paulish including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault, indecent exposure and corruption of minors.

Pennsylvania Aggravated Harassment Law Should be Expanded Following Wal-Mart Semen Throwing Incident

People are often surprised when I tell them that there is more crime per square foot at America's Wal-Marts than in the worst inner-city ghettos. Of course, the reason for the high crime rate at Wal-Mart is due to retail thefts, credit card/ access device fraud, bad checks, forgery and theft by deception in the form of fraudulent returns. While these are the usual crimes one would expect at a mega-retailer, one does not expect to encounter a semen-throwing mad man!

Sex Offender's Parole Violation Smacks of Poetic Justice

A man convicted of sexually violating two different drunk women while they were passed out, now finds himself back behind bars after passing out in public after a night of drinking. Rarely does a run of the mill probation or parole violation contain as much poetic justice as that found in the Centre County, Pennsylvania case of Joshua Bathgate. In two separate cases, the Bellefonte man stood accused of sexually btaking advantage of unconscious women. Within a month of his release from the Centre County Correctional Facility, Bathgate himself drank to the point where he passed out, and of all places, fell asleep on a bench on the corner of Allen Street and College Avenue, which is Penn State's version of Times Square.

Drunken Assaults Abound at Heinz Field Kenny Chesney Show

Apparently, Penn State fans and students are not the only people in Pennsylvania who get drunk and rowdy in large crowds. At last Saturday's Kenny Chesney concert at Heinz Field, police arrested or cited 73 people in and around Heinz Field, while an additional 43 underage drinking citations were issued during a sweep of the parking lots. Police also had to break up at least ten large fights, which will lead to assault charges. This seems like a lot of violence for a style of music, which does not exactly lead to mosh pits and slam dancing. A total of 45 people were hospitalized for injuries and/ or alcohol overdoses, which dwarfs the hospital transports to Beaver Stadium even for late kick-offs, even though we draw significantly more people for Penn State football games than Heinz Field draws for any event.
